Jesus Calling Inspired by a Channeled New Age Book!

God Calling is a book of messages reputedly delivered by Jesus Christ to two women in England in the 1930s.(1) The women referred to themselves as “The Two Listeners,” and the messages they received from “Jesus” were conveyed through an occult process known as spiritual dictation. This is when a spiritual entity conveys information from the spirit world to willing people who act as “channels.”

The Encyclopedia of New Age Beliefs published by Harvest House Christian Publishers describes God Calling as a channeled New Age book. It explains that channeling is a form of mediumship and that this practice is expressly forbidden in the Bible (Deuteronomy 18: 9-12).

In the Encyclopedia chapter on channeling, in a section titled “Impersonations and Denials of Christianity,” the reader is warned that God Calling is “replete with denials of biblical teaching.”(2)
Numerous examples are cited. However, in an interview with the the Christian Broadcasting Network, Sarah Young clearly states that her journey into receiving messages from “Jesus” began with her reading of God Calling:

My journey began with a book (God Calling) written in the 1930s by two women who practiced waiting in God’s Presence, writing the messages they received as they “listened.”(3) (parenthesis in original)

In her Introduction to the original 2004 copyrighted edition of Jesus Calling [still on the market today], Sarah Young writes that she was inspired to receive personal messages from “Jesus” after reading God Calling. She describes God Calling as “a treasure to me” and emphasizes that her journey began with this channeled New Age book:

During that same year [1992], I began reading God Calling, a devotional book written by two anonymous “listeners.” These women practiced waiting quietly in God’s Presence, pencils and paper in hand, recording the messages they received from Him . . . [T]his little paperback became a treasure to me. It dove-tailed remarkably well with my longing to live in Jesus’ Presence.
The following year I began to wonder if I, too, could receive messages during my times of communing with God . . . I knew that God communicated with me through the Bible, but I yearned for more. Increasingly,  I wanted to hear what God had to say to me personally on a given day. I decided to listen to God with pen in hand, writing down whatever I believed He was saying.(4) (emphasis added)

Because of Sarah Young’s endorsement, God Calling has resurfaced in Christian bookstores and is now a popular “Christian” book in its own right. It is grievous that as a longstanding Christian, Sarah Young did not discern God Calling for what it is—an occult/metaphysical book filled with false teachings and advocating a number of spiritually dangerous New Age practices like channeling and spiritual dictation. Instead, she began to channel her own messages from “Jesus”—many of them with serious New Age implications. Now Jesus Calling and God Calling—often sitting side by side in Christian bookstores and other retail outlets—are bringing meditation, channeling, spiritual dictation, and New Age terminology into the church. Both of them with messages similarly arranged as a Christian devotional.

I. THERE ARE SOME INCREDIBLE FACTS WE WILL DISCOVER ABOUT FEMALE ANGELS.
They are not really female but disguised as females to better represent their hatred for the masculinity of the Heavenly Father. We must learn that fallen angels still possess the great powers they possessed before they rebelled against God. Angels that have fallen from their pure state in which they were created can manifest in many ways. They can manifest as or in animals, male persons, female persons, inanimate objects, books, storms in weather patterns, houses dedicated to their activities, and even over nations like Haiti.

A. Fallen angels appear to almost always demonstrate an effeminate nature. “And changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and four-footed beasts, and creeping things. Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonor their own bodies between themselves: Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshiped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.” (Romans 1:23-25) (Corruptible: To deprave, defile and destroy)

B. The female masquerade of fallen angels delight in showing their hatred of the Fatherhood of God. They repulse the Father’s authority and masculine character. They are clearly deceptive, occultic and depraved.

C. The female nature of these demons is to corrupt everything and change or twist every form that God has created.
* Homosexuality is a twisted form of manhood.
* Lesbianism is a twisted form of womanhood.

“And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers…” (Romans 1:27-29)

D. These fallen angels twist the created nature of themselves and do so to change our view of angels from a masculine view of great authority. They want men to see the world of angels as wimpy creatures, giddy and silly.

2. The Word of God provides a perfect example of evil angels in feminine disguise.
 Here are three such distortions preparing for the powers behind the coming “New World Order.”
“Then the angel that talked with me went forth, and said unto me, Lift up now thine eyes, and see what is this that goeth forth. And I said, What is it? And he said, This is an ephah that goeth forth. He said moreover, This is their resemblance through all the earth. And, behold, there was lifted up a talent of lead: and this is a woman that sitteth in the midst of the ephah. And he said, This is wickedness. And he cast it into the midst of the ephah; and he cast the weight of lead upon the mouth thereof. Then lifted I up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came out two women, and the wind was in their wings; for they had wings like the wings of a stork: and they lifted up the ephah between the earth and the heaven.”
(Zechariah 5:5-9)

The city that is their destination is ancient Babylon or the Land of Shinar. The Economic System (fallen angel in the ephah) is carried by the first fallen angel controlling the “One World Religion,” and a second fallen angel controlling the “One World Political Order.”

3. Goddesses are unquestionably fallen angels. Here is a description of Sophia and Gaia:
A. Sophia: Worshipped By Many Americans and Churches:

A Leader in the Deception By Fallen Angels: Who is Sophia? Literally she is Wisdom, because the Greek word Sophia means “wisdom” in English. More than that, Sophia is the Wisdom of Deity. She has been revered as the Wise Bride of Solomon by Jews, as the Queen of Wisdom and War (Athena) by Greeks, and as the Holy Spirit of Wisdom by Christians. She is known as Chomah (pronounced HOK-man with the H being said like-ch in the name Bach) in Hebrew, and Sapientia in Latin.
Sophia is found throughout the wisdom books of the Bible. There are many references to her in the book of Proverbs, and in the apocryphal books of Sirach and the Wisdom of Solomon (accepted by Catholics and Orthodox, found in the Greek Septuagint of the early Church.) She is Wisdom Incarnate, the Goddess of all those who are wise.

B. Gaia: Called the mother of the Gods

Loved By the Deceived New Agers: Great Mother of the Gods, in ancient Middle Eastern religion (and later Greece, Rome, and W. Asia), mother goddess, the great symbol of the earth’s fertility. As the creative force in nature she was worshipped under many names, including Astarte (Syria), Ceres (Rome), Cybele (Phrygia), Demeter (Greece), Ishtar (Babylon), and Isis (Egypt). The later forms of her cult involved the worship of a male deity (her son or lover, e.g., Adonis, Osiris), whose death and resurrection symbolized the regenerative power of the earth.

Gaea, in Greek mythology, the earth; daughter of Chaos, mother and wife of both Uranus (the sky) and Pontus (the sea.) She was mother, by Uranus, of the Cyclopes, the Titans, and others, and, by Pontus, of five sea deities. She helped cause the overthrow of Uranus by the Titans and was worshipped as the primal goddess, the mother of all things.

4. New contemporary music has a dominant femininity in both the lyrics and the beat. To the strong and Godly men and women it sounds like sissified music. The dominant theme of past musical sound and theology was masculine and authoritative.

5. The facial and body makeup, and the jewelry of this last generation has gone far beyond beauty and natural appearance and has taken on a goddess like character.

To my friends and readers: I have been "holed up" lately with renewed research. I am now seriously working on another book. I have also had some time consuming legal work for clients which has "kept me off the streets." I have been wading through some of the earlier works in my library and exploring roots and political implementation of some of the more disturbing aspects of the New Age planning, including but not limited to "population control" issues.

Those who don't wade through lengthy governmental tomes sometimes miss important segments of the New Age playbook. My dusty old copy of The Global 2000 Report to the President contains a treasure trove of incriminating New Age Movement goals. The report was released during the Carter Administration.{1} However, it contained much of interest as to his predecessors Lyndon Baines Johnson and Richard M. Nixon. The anti-people goals were being put firmly in place.

Important action for the global / population reduction planners took place during the Nixon administration. The Global 2000 Report was chartered and commissioned in 1977.{2} However, preliminary developments had taken place starting with pressures being placed on the Eisenhower, Lyndon Johnson, and Richard Nixon presidencies. Major New Age idological players included Willis Harman and Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) chairman Robert O. Anderson. It was then that President Nixon cooperated with those bringing pressures to immediately address "population issues." Nixon in 1969 sent Congress a "blue-ribbon" message on population control. He and his predecessors (Eisenhower, Lyndon Johnson) had long been pressured to do so by members of the Rockefeller family:

In July 1969 President Nixon sent to Congress a historic first population message, recommending the establishment by legislation of a blue-ribbon commission to examine the growth of the nation's population and the impact it will have on the American future. John D. Rockefeller Ill, who had started the Population Council, had been urging since the early days of the Eisenhower Administration that such a commission be established. Lyndon Johnson had refused to see Rockefeller in 1964, but by 1968, he was ready to yield to pressure and established the President's Committee on Population and Family Planning, co-chaired by Rockefeller and HEW Secretary Wilbur Cohen.

President Lyndon Johnson satisfied the demands with partial action. He authorized the formation of a Committee. That group near the end of his administration entitled "

          The Committee established by President Johnson

was not a full-blown commission . Its report,

sent to the President at the end of 1968, "Population

and Family Planning: The Transition from

Concern to Action, " suggested the establishment

of a presidential commission to give the problem

further study. It recommended that family planning

services be extended to every American

woman unable to afford them. It also recommended

an increase in the budgets of HEW and

the Office of Economic Opportunity for the purpose

of population research. The report was

released without publicity in January 1969 . . ."

There were certainly "items of interest" along with this person of interest (Willis Harman) who played such an important role in this relatively early stage of New Age planning for the last quarter of the 20th century. He called for the possibility of "radical societal change." Big money and big players including Robert O. Anderson the president of ARCO (Atlantic Richfield Company) were involved. Robert O. Anderson's name was later to become familiar to me in the context of Planetary Citizens and Planetary Initiative organizations founded by Lucis Trust activist Donald Keys.

The population planners moved on aided and abetted by Nixon Presidential advisor Moynihan. That was a man who truly "got around." According to the Wikipedia article:

Moynihan [Daniel Patrick]
(March 16, 1927 – March 26, 2003) was an American politician and sociologist. A member of the Democratic Party, he was first elected to the United States Senate for New York in 1976, and was re-elected three times (in 1982, 1988, and 1994). He declined to run for re-election in 2000. Prior to his years in the Senate, Moynihan was the United States' Ambassador to the United Nations and to India, and was a member of four successive presidential administrations, beginning with the administration of John F. Kennedy, and continuing through that of Gerald Ford.

The family planners still mourn their setbacks in promoting a drastically reduced population. Three years before Roe vs. Wade they were legislatively mandating promotion of the following:

CHILD CARE -

The Commission recommends that both public and private forces join together to assure that adequate child-care services, including health, nutritional, and educational components, are available to families who wish to make use of them.

Because child-care programs represent a major innovation in child-rearing in this country, we recommend that continuing research and evaluation be undertaken to determine the benefits and costs to children, parents, and the public of alternative child-care arrangements.

CONTRACEPTION AND THE LAW -

The Commission recommends that: (1) states eliminate existing legal inhibitions and restrictions on access to contraceptive information, procedures, and supplies; and (2) states develop statutes affirming the desirability that all persons have ready and practicable access to contraceptive information, procedures, and supplies.

CONTRACEPTION AND MINORS -

The Commission recommends that states adopt affirmative legislation which will permit minors to receive contraceptive and prophylactic information and services in appropriate settings sensitive to their needs and concerns.

To implement this policy, the commission urges that organizations, such as the Council on State governments, the American Law Institute, and the American Bar Association, formulate appropriate model statutes.

VOLUNTARY STERILIZATION -

In order to permit freedom of choice, the Commission recommends that all administration restrictions on access to voluntary contraceptive sterilization be eliminated so that the decision be made solely by physician and patient.

To implement this policy, we recommend that national hospital and medical associations, and their state chapters, promote the removal of existing restrictions.

ABORTION -

With the admonition that abortion not be considered a primary means of fertility control, the Commission recommends that present state laws restricting abortion be liberalized along the lines of the New York statute, such abortion to be performed on request by duly licensed physicians under conditions of medical safety. In carrying out this policy, the Commission recommends:

That federal, state, and local governments make funds available to support abortion services in states with liberalized statutes. That abortion be specifically included in comprehensive health insurance benefits, both public and private.

METHODS OF FERTILITY CONTROL -

The Commission recommends that this nation give the highest priority to research on reproductive biology and to the search for improved methods by which individuals can control their own fertility.

In order to carry out this research, the Commission recommends that the full $93 million authorized for this purpose in fiscal year 1973 be appropriated and allocated; that federal expenditures for these purposes rise to a minimum of $150 million by 1975; and that private organizations continue and expand their work in this field.

FERTILITY-RELATED HEALTH SERVICES -

The Commission recommends a national policy and voluntary program to reduce unwanted fertility, to improve the outcome of pregnancy, and to improve the health of children. 

In order to carry out such a program, public and private health financing mechanisms should begin paying the full cost of all health services related to fertility, including contraceptive, prenatal, delivery, and postpartum services; pediatric care for the first year of life; voluntary sterilization; safe termination of unwanted pregnancy; and medical treatment of infertility.

POPULATION STABILIZATION - 

Recognizing that our population cannot grow indefinitely, and appreciating the advantages of moving now toward the stabilization of population, the Commission recommends that the nation welcome and plan for a stabilized population.

 

The Nixon era hearings were held. President Nixon named John D. Rockefeller III chairman of the 24-member group. They held hearings in many cities and they released volumes of materials. Their not-surprising, people-hating conclusions?

POPULATION STABILIZATION -Recognizing that our population cannot grow indefinitely, and appreciating the advantages of  moving now toward the stabilization of population, the Commission recommends that the nation welcome and plan for a  stabilized population.
 

The Commission's conclusion was that no substantial benefits would result from continued growth of the nation ' s population: The population problem, and the growth ethic with which it is intimately connected, reflect deeper external conditions and more fundamental political, economic, and philosophical values. Consequently, to improve the quality of our existence while slowing growth, will require nothing less than a basic recasting of American values.

The anti-people component of what would later be called "The New Age Movement" was on its way back in the late 1960s and early 1970s. It had clear Presidential blessings at that. They would continue to ride high through early 1982, confident in their expectation that they had "no backlash." Those "deeper external conditions" and "philosophical values" to be targeted for change clearly included our religious outlooks favoring "choose life that ye may live."

{1} Interestingly, there is an article by Former President Jimmy Carter in a 1990 New Age Journal (April 1990, page 54, In it he proudly acknowledges his role in commissioning the Global 2000 Report. I do not know if he is a self-conscious New Ager; however, I have received credible information that his sister, Ruth Carter Stapleton may have been. She was a speaker for one of Leland Stewart's Unity and Diversity Council Congresses, according to information given me by Rev. Gary Randall in Portland, Oregon in 1982. He had the information, he said, first hand for her. She departed from speaking at his church to go to that conference. Once he learned what the New Age Movement was really about, he made great efforts to get the word out on its "Hidden Dangers."

More UN sponsored New Age deception

Today was the culmination of the UN 2012 ”Summer of Peace”. (It began on June 22). Here are some of the events:

Today was the International Day of Peace. The UN established this observance in 1981. In 2oo1 they modified the resolution and designated September 21 as the International Day of Peace. There is a vigil each year on this date. The UN website describes it’s purpose here:

An ever-expanding number of people worldwide, representing a wide variety of religious and spiritual traditions, have committed to the task of working with other like-minded individuals and groups for an International Day of Peace Vigil with the following objective:

“To encourage worldwide, 24-hour spiritual observations for peace and nonviolence on the International Day of Peace, 21 September in every house of worship and place of spiritual practice, by all religious and spiritually based groups and individuals, and by all men, women and children who seek peace in the world.”

Well, THIS is the “birth”/”rebirth” that was being celebrated with all that pageantry:




But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I should write to you. ² For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night. ³ For when they say, “Peace and safety!” then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape. ⁴ But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief. ⁵ You are all sons of light and sons of the day. The world is clearly crying “peace and safety” everywhere we turn. As Christians we should discern the times, as this passage tells us, and not be caught unawares. Sudden Destruction is coming, it will be “like labor pains” getting more serious, intense, closer together. Be prepared. Pray. Stay in the Word. Wear the Armor, and Forsake-not the assembling together. These are our instructions for the time we are entering into.
